Hi hives.. How are you... So here is the start of a new year.. So to start this new year I thought to add some freshness.. So I thought to share this delicious salmon crispy cutlet recipe with you.. So this recipe My mother taught for me.. She can make this salmon crispy cutlet very delicious.. She makes this cutlet for various events in our house.
So, only a few ingredients are needed to make this cutlet.. This cutlet is mostly used in Sri Lanka as a side dish eaten with rice.
So today I will tell you how to make a salmon Crispy cutlet.
So let's see what ingredients are needed for this cutlet recipe.
ingredients
- Potatoes 1kg
- Salman fish 350g
- Green chilli 100g
- Pepper 30g
- Biscuit powder 500g
- curry leaves 30g
- Bread flour 50g
method
1 step
First, boil the potatoes well for about twenty minutes.

Then clean the potatoes skins well.. salmon and potatos put in a bowl. especially remove the bones from the salmon fish.

Then finely mash fish, potatoes well.(separately )

Keep the pan on the stove and when it gets hot, add coconut oil. Now add curry and green chilies to it.
Now add salmon leekS potatoes to it. Now mix it well.Cook the mixture for a while.

Now take a separate bowl and put bread flour in it and add water and make it into a batter.

Now make round balls as shown in the picture.Spread the cutlet balls with the bread flour mixture and add the biscuit powder and spread it like this.

Now heat the pan again, add coconut oil to it and when it gets hot, fry the cutlet balls put until golden.

Finally you can enjoy a very tasty salmon cutlet.
It is really very delicious.. I suggest you to eat it with tomato sauce or chili sauce.. It is very delicious..
