Il a pour but de suivre la curation de @hive-fr et ainsi de voir le résultat que l'on fait.
Il votera également pour quelques fans, du moins tant que @hive-fr n'est pas assez actif que pour couvrir le voting power.
Les gains seront tant que possibles réinvestis en délégations vers hive-fr.
Je cerne donc uniquement les gains liés à l'activité hive-fr, en tant que co-admin et curateur.

It's goal is to follow @hive-fr 's french community curation, and monitor the result we make.
It will also vote for some fans, at least as long as hive-fr isn't active enough to consume the voting power.
The rewards collected will be reinvested in @hive-fr through delegation.
Our monitoring target is the rewards made while beeing co admin of @hive-fr French Community and my own curation on it.
