*It's a well know psychological pattern from those who were bullied in childhood and who can't resolve their issues internally, and so try to cope with own self loathing, by projecting it onto others when they're 'adults'.

They must know that that their friends, family, siblings, workmates, even employers - will see their actions at some point.

The down voting tool - when used for malicious purses - Is a tool of tyrants with control and self loathing issues.
