Despite my limited playtime due to a hectic schedule, I was able to compete in lower leagues using the free cards. However, when I received a notification about the "Band of The Wolf," my excitement was rekindled. In my first pack of the Band of the Wolf set, I was thrilled to discover a Blighted Scion and Shrike Moonlighted - two powerful cards that are sure to shake things up in battle. And in the second pack, I scored an Arcane Fabrication and Raneko Revenant, adding even more excitement to my gaming experience. Some may dismiss these cards as common or rare, but to me, every card holds immense value and strategic potential on the battlefield. I can't wait to unleash the power of these cards and see how they'll help me dominate in the game. Let the battles begin!
So What is "Band Of The Wolf"?
The Band of the Wolf is a new set of 38 cards for the game Gods Unchained, and it features the battle of Raneko, where a legendary mercenary group stands between the villagers and utter destruction. The set offers new ways to play, including the new ‘Ally’ mechanic, with card combinations to give players an edge over their opponents. The distribution system for this set offers a majority of cards that can be obtained through Band of the Wolf card packs, with certain cards exclusively obtained through a new crafting function of the Forge. Card packs can be purchased directly from the Gods Unchained store or earned in limited amounts from Weekend Ranked and other free-to-play initiatives, with legendary card crafting running for the duration of the event. Band of the Wolf card packs will only be available for four weeks, from March 29th to April 26th, and there are limits on the number of packs that can be purchased or distributed through rewards. Once a card pack runs out of supply, it will no longer be available for purchase. A portion of unsold allocation of Band of the Wolf card packs will be retained by Gods Unchained to be used for player rewards in the future. The Band of the Wolf set introduces a crafting function, which is the new and only way to acquire the six domain Legendary Cards, but players can also potentially mint these cards through purchasing eligible card packs. Eligible card packs include Booster, Shiny, or Super Shiny Packs.
