“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
― C.G. Jung
Hope your doing strong and positive, where ever you are hiding!
Last three days have been combined with working whole day, as well as on the job, the road and even more so on myself. There are moments that I fail, where old bad habbits get a hand of me, but it's most important to remember my goals, never be hard on myself, forgive myself and move on with strenght, clear aim and will to improve, to be a bit better version of myself than yesterday.
We finally got some rain again after quite some time as there wasn't any for months, last rain was luckly a week ago as I went on a small road trip as I continued the road from our coast in Slovenia and moved to a tiny small village that is special to my heart, with lots of great memories.
It is a special place because I love water, especially the mighty, magical river Soča that has rich history and stunning beauty. Easily one of the most beautiful rivers in our country if you ask me.
As I arrived in Kobarid I first went to get the keys of my apartment. Found it only two weeks before going on Airbnb that was a lot cheaper than other offers, was located high on the hill above the village Kobarid, no electricity, with amazing view and peace while being in the nature.
It was about 5minute easy hike from where I parked the car in the middle of the village, took me abut 30minutes to get all my stuff up. At the end I went to jump in the mighty ice cold river Soča, or at least we're used to say that the river isn't cold, but it hurts. :)
While still reading the book from the mighty 'Ice man' I now realize there are many benefits to cold water, this one for me has some vibes, energies in it that it's hard to describe. As I drive past the well known Napoleon's bridge I parked the car about 500m down the road on a parking place where is also the first spot to cool off, I went straight in after whole hot day and the sun started going down.

Was shocked at first how little water there is, but gradually went in to enjoy it's powers anyway, it's an instant cooling and a bit funny watching other tourists barely getting up to the knee's in the water.
Then I sat on the rock to meditate for a few minutes with feet in the water, I really love being in the water!
Before sunset I went on a quick walk to the amazing Napoleon bridge and then off I went back to my natural apartment to make some nice, healthy dinner.
Next day I woke up early, stretched, made myself breakfast, nice cup of coffee, meditated on top of the hill with the sunset, then went to explore more about river Nadiža that connects with soša in Kobarid.
Locals told me there is almost no water left, but still wanted to know more about it, so I went on a short 10minute drive, where I parked and went on about 2hour long walking exploration. There was also a nice place to use a bicycle. Goal was to reach Korita Nadiže and had my fingers crossed, to be able to swim and cool a tiny bit.
After an hour the rain got me, bit by bit, but still continued upwards along the river and got rewarded with a tiny spot to have a quick swim. the rivers looked totally different, but still enjoyed exploring the nature beauty and feel it's energy as it's powers are visible on the rocks/cliffs around it.
Right before I got back to the car it started raining heavily and that is where I called it for the day. Making myself a nice early dinner and goin on an short unexpected hike to catch an even greater view of the Soča valley and the village. Mountains on the right were already in Italy as the border is located less than 9km from here using the road.
Next day I repeated my morning routine, then went to check out less known Napoleon's bridge over the river Nadiža that is a lot easier to accsess, with a parking spot about 100m from it.

There was luckily a lot more water, went for a swim, watched out not to make too many noises as poor fishes didn't have much place to go nor hide. While there I really enjoyed some more beauties as I knew the time is coming to move on. There are also another Nadižka korita that I left to explore another day, so I didn't disturb the fish too much. It was like in the movie!
From there I continued my road trip across our beautiful sLOVEnia threw twisted roads where I passed our capital city Ljubljana yet again and continued the road to my third special place, upper Savinjska valley.
I really enjoyed the drive, swim, relaxation and gathering energies all while being in with our mother nature. Soča valley has something special for me, not only it has rich history, but it also has huge mountains, great roads and showing it's beauty on every corner.
Really grateful to be able to go on such a journey, to see, capture and enjoy all nature has to offer. Feeling blessed to live in such safe spot on the planet, having a job I really enjoy doing, being able to walk, eat, smile, realizing I can improve, have ability to dream, talk and also grateful to be able to think with my own mind.
Thank you for taking time to read, I wish you a good day or a good night and a good life.
