Hello, you funny boys and girls. We haven't forgotten you, but in the course of our delay we unfortunately have some less pleasant news for you.
We are taking a winter break. For you, this means that there will be NO HiQs Flash until January. But who would we be if we just went on holiday without giving you anything else? That's right. Still us. Just worse. Hence the last HiQs Flash of 2023.
And this time, too, we're bringing you the hottest topics. We have continued the lore around CraftInk. It's been on our to-do list for a long time, but smooms was too lazy. (Note from @smooms: I make no secret of it. At some point, it's too much for me too.). What will happen at the CraftInk Championship Tournament? Read for yourself.

CraftInk Championship Tournament Kapitel 4

It has to go on somehow - the story of the trading card game that we all love so much. You can find out what happens next right here.
Chapter 4
She had won and out of a dark alley came a figure dressed at least as darkly. He was wearing a black robe with the hood pulled down almost over the face. He came straight up to Bubblegif, reached out her hand and placed it on her shoulder from behind. "You must be Bubblegif," a male voice could be heard saying from under the hood. "Jo eh," replied Bubblegif. "And who do you want to be?" The hooded figure pulled the hood off his head and exposed his face. "I'm @solarwarrior from the INKubusters. We could still use someone like you for our fight against INKubus." Bubblegif's serious expression now gave way to a grin that Solarwarrior couldn't place.
"What kind of creatures are you?" Bubblegif now asked more brashly. "What, you don't know INKubus? The terror of all CraftInk players that wants to subjugate the world and absorbs the souls of the enemies it defeats." - "Yes. I think I heard something like that once. And you're a club or something? A guild?" - "Something like that. The INKubusters have specialised in containing the power of INKubus for years. The mission is to collect the essence of the game through play in order to further contain INKubus." - "Sounds cool. I'll take a look at your weird squad. You go ahead." - "All right, then." Solarwarrior led Bubblegif into the dark alley he had come from. What should Bubblegif expect now?
They walked down the alley and came to a dead end. "If you can't walk through walls now, this is probably the end of the line," Bubblegif mocked Solarwarior. "No, wait!" he replied and walked towards the wall. He raised his right arm and knocked some of the bricks off the wall with the knuckles of his clenched fist. "Lead me to Diagon Alley, Hagrid!" Bubblegif continued to mock Solarwarior as the wall began to rumble and a hidden door opened, which seemed to lead into a cellar vault. "Welcome to the Incubusters, Harry," Solarwarior now said to Bubblegif as he waved them through the opening with one arm. They walked down the stairs until they reached a large room full of people.
"Welcome to the INKubusters!" Bubblegif's gaze travelled around the room. There was hustle and bustle everywhere. CraftInk was being played at some of the tables, but the main event was the huge monitors at the end of the room. These showed a map of Inkopolis with a few flashing red dots. "This is where we monitor all the games in Inkopolis." A dark-haired guy with a grey three-day beard was sitting at a table with lots of monitors. He looked up at the two of them and said: "I'm smooms, I'm the oppoator here." - "You're the smooms?" asked Bubblegif. "If you mean the smooms from Team HiQuarters... Yes, that's me. We made the game. Is that cool?" - "You could say that." Her voice quivered as she answered smooms. "Where are the others?" she asked. "You mean Marinsky and Quekerinsky? No plan. They're doing HiQ shit, I think." As he said this, Queker and Mary came through the doorway into the INKubuster base that Solarwarior and Bubblegif had come through earlier and headed straight for the three of them. When Queker and Mary reached the three of them, Mary asked, "Who is our guest?" At that moment, Bubblegif was shrouded in dark clouds and lightning. The light in the underground base began to flicker and panic spread. "Brosky, who have you brought here?" Queker asked Solarwarior.
Out of the dark clouds stepped a figure that looked like a Dementor from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. "AT LAST I'VE GOT YOU ALL IN ONE PLACE!" It wasn't Bubblegif standing in front of them, but INKubus.
Bubblegif is not Bubblegif at all. That must mean that she was defeated by INKubus and he absorbed her soul. How will the INKubusters be able to save themselves from INKubus? Has their time come? Find out in the next episode of CraftInk Championship Tournament. ★

Do you know the tingling sensation you get when you hear a spooky campfire story about aliens, werewolves, demons, giants and paranormal phenomena that sends a shiver down your spine? Countless myths and legends surround these topics and even historical writings attest to the fact that all kinds of beings inhabit the shadow world or the night. Lilith in particular - translated: the night - wreaks havoc in these dark realms and haunts men in their dreams.
That doesn't just sound creepy, it is creepy, because every myth or legend has a kernel of truth. Apart from the fact that giant skeletons have been found all over the world that nobody can talk about, they seem to have been wiped out, but do their spirits still exist and possibly plague people?
We don't know and prefer the thought of beautiful grain circles, but the stories about all these mysteries of dark legends are still circulating and this is also the basis of the Alien Art Hive Community. We have seen many a work of art presented here by hard-working users. Whether they use an AI, graphics programmes or draw by hand, it doesn't matter, everything can be presented here.
Dare to find out for yourself in the community what the core of each work is, maybe the users will tell you about their works. The range covers many topics, in this community you can choose between alien stuff, crypto art/NFTs, metaverse, psychedelic style art, surrealism, experimental/visionary art, spiritual or occult/esoteric topics, space topics, outsider art and weird and bizarre topics or styles. Anything too outlandish for the average consumer will find its place here. So if you have not only ghosts but also aliens on your mind, then by all means join the Alien Art Hive community and don't forget that it should be your own content. Be honest in the methods you use for the works, put the right tags and don't be an idiot. LOOL ★

The proposal was submitted by @bambukah. @bambukah has already developed some useful tools for Hive and now wants to fund his work through the HiveLive Proposal: Developing Open-Source tools & services on Hive.
