Deliciosa Pisca Andina 🍲😋 [ Esp/Eng]

Hola mi querida comunidad de @hivefood, saludos a todos los que disfrutan del buen comer y de la cocina hacen su pasión y disfrute ✨️

Hoy les quiero compartir una receta muy popular de la región andina de mi bello país Venezuela, se tratan de la pisca, es una especie de sopa o caldo, su preparación es muy sencilla, esta hecha a base de agua, leche, cilantro, cebollín y huevos, algunos le agregan papas cortadas en trozos o tambien galletas de soda trituradas, huevo y leche, es comúnmente consumida durante el desayuno o cena y típicamente la acompañamos con arepa de trigo o arepa de maíz. Así que, sin mas preámbulos, les comparto la receta que me ha enseñado mi madre. ¡iniciemos! les encantarán 👌

INGREDIENTES: para 2 personas

  • 500 ml de agua

  • 100 ml de leche

  • 1 cebollin largo o cebolla de verdeo

  • 3 ramas de cilantro

  • 2 huevos

  • Sal al gusto

  • Aceite de olivaa o neutro cantidad necesaria

  • 1 paquete de galletas de soda

PREPARACION:

Paso 1:

Primero cortamos el cebollin y el cilantro.

Paso 2:

Calentamos una olla con aceite. Agregamos el cebollin picado sofreímos hasta marchitar.

Paso 3:

A continuación agregamos el agua y la leche, colocamos a fuego medio, antes que empiece a hervir le agregamos los huevos, bajamos el fuego y dejamos cocer por 10 minutos.

Paso 4:

Retiramos del fuego, agregamos el cilantro y las galletas. Corregimos sal al gusto y preparamos para servir en un plato hondo.

INGREDIENTS: for 2 people

  • 500 ml water

  • 100 ml milk

  • 1 long onion or green onion

  • 3 sprigs of cilantro

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt to taste

  • Olive oil or neutral oil quantity needed

  • 1 package of soda crackers

PREPARATION:

Step 1:

First chop the onion and cilantro.

Step 2:

Heat a pot with oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté until wilted.

Step 3:

Then add the water and milk, place over medium heat, before it starts to boil add the eggs, lower the heat and let cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4:

Remove from heat, add the cilantro and crackers. Correct salt to taste and prepare to serve in a deep dish.
