hello everyone, back again with me, Dinda, how are you all, today I am very happy because the month of fasting is about to end and I managed to get through it with great joy, usually when Eid arrives, my family (mama) and I will definitely make cakes, there are I made several cakes, but I chose to just post the snow cake this time. I will tell you the recipe and how to make this snow cake, I hope this can inspire you all.
Ingredients :
- 300 gr margarine (can be mixed with butter)
- 100 gr refined sugar
- 30 gr powdered milk
- 50 gr cornstarch
- 415-425 gr low protein wheat flour
- 50 gr grated cheese
How to make the snow cake:
- Mix egg yolks, powdered sugar, butter and margarine using a mixer
- Mix until the mixture is smooth and soft.
- Add powdered milk, Edam cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Mix briefly until the mixture is smooth. Turn off the mixer.
- Add flour and cornstarch, while sifting.
- Flatten using a spatula until the mixture is smooth.
- Flatten the dough evenly.
- Print using a cookie cutter according to taste.
- Arrange in a baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
- Lift and coat the snow princess with powdered sugar
- . Do this step while the cake is still warm so the sugar sticks better.
- After that, arrange it in a container
- and then sprinkle again with powdered sugar then the cake is cooked and ready to be served if you want to eat it
