Simple guide on how to prepare moi moi

So so guys I will be sharing with you some guide on how to make team beans pudding ( moi moi)

Steam bean pudding is a common Nigerian food commonly called "moi moi" this special delicacy has worn the heart of many Nigerians including those visiting Nigeria's as well. Moi moi is not just delicious but also rich in nutrients which is the most important aspect of food, not just eating a delicacy but it must be able to add nutrients to the body. Moi moi can be eaten as a main dish or an added side dish with pap, custard and many other delicacies.

If you have been wondering or wishing how you could learn how to prepare moi moi then wonder no more because I will be guiding you through as it is a wonderful journey in the world of delicious and aromatic dishes.

Ingredients needed
To create this palatable dish, the following ingredients are needed.

Beans
Onion
Fresh pepper
Vegetable oil
Fish or beef
Blended crayfish
Salt
Maggie
Boiled eggs
A plate or aluminum foil for wrapping.

Preparation
Soak the beans pea in a bowl of water, meanwhile you can use any color of beans is either the white beans or brown beans after soaking in water for about 10 to 15 minutes then wash out the beans pearl
Blend the bean pea with your onion, pepper and crayfish mixed together until smooth.
Add water if needed in order to get a smooth texture, pour the blended bean pee into a bowl, add your spices and vegetable oil and mix thoroughly until all the ingredients combine, adjustment can be made in the ingredients if necessary.
Add your protein ( optional) this could be egg, meat, chicken, fish any is a sure deal.

Then prepare your wrapped, for me I made use of nylon, you can use an aluminum foil or a plastic plate.

Put water into a pot and boil, arrange your wrapped parcel into the boiled water and let it steamer on a low heat for about 45 minutes or 1 hour. By then the moi moi must be firm in texture and we'll cook.
You're moi moi is ready to serve, you can share this with with my family and friends since it not just a delicacy but taking time to prepare it should your love and this can bring togetherness in the traditional food of Nigeria. Why not give it a try.
