Hello everyone! first I want to wish you all a happy June! here in Poland we received it with the children's day and my father-in-law brought some sweets for Pawel and me in the morning and I was so excited that I decided to prepare something delicious for breakfast and as you see it is this exquisite egg omelet with mushrooms and cheese and the truth is that I loved it, especially because I love mushrooms and certainly the cheese gives it an exquisite touch, plus it is a very simple recipe and I came to share it with you.
Preparación / Preparatión
Para empezar, ponemos en un sartén un poco de aceite de oliva donde vamos a sofreir unos champiñones que anteriormente lavamos muy bien y picamos. La cantidad de champiñones es al gusto de cada quien, yo quise intentar con pocos para probar. Una vez sofritos, agregamos los huevos que batimos en un bol con un poco de sal anteriormente.
To begin, we put in a frying pan a little olive oil where we are going to fry some mushrooms that we previously washed very well and chopped. The amount of mushrooms is up to each person's taste, I wanted to try with a few to taste. Once fried, add the eggs that we beat in a bowl with a little salt before.
Dejamos cocinar a fuego lento y cuando hayan pasado unos segundos, agregamos un poco de queso rallado en la mitad de la tortilla, además si deseamos podemos agregar otros ingredientes en este momento, tal vez la próxima vez yo lo intente con más pero ahora solo queso y champiñones . Cuando nuestra tortilla ya no se vea tan líquida, procedemos a doblar por la mitad y dejamos cocinar unos minutos más.
We let it cook over low heat and when a few seconds have passed, we add some grated cheese in the middle of the tortilla, also if we wish we can add other ingredients at this time, maybe next time I will try it with more but now only cheese and mushrooms. When our tortilla no longer looks so liquid, we proceed to fold it in half and let it cook for a few more minutes.
Y sí, dejamos cocinar hasta que la tortilla se vea doradita por ambos lados, es decir, también volteamos para dejar dorar por el otro lado y listo, pueden acompañar con lo que deseen, yo lo hice con un trozo de pan pero realmente me gusta la tortilla con galletas saladas pero en este momento no tenía, aunque no me quejo porque el pan estaba delicioso.
And yes, we let it cook until the tortilla is golden brown on both sides, that is, we also turn it over to let it brown on the other side and ready, you can accompany it with whatever you want, I did it with a piece of bread but I really like the tortilla with crackers but at this moment I didn't have any, although I'm not complaining because the bread was delicious.
