Hace 16 años un 15 de septiembre nació mi nieto, es por ello que le preparer un pastel de chocolate y unos cupcakes para celebrar en familia, como tradicionalmente lo hacemos.
16 years ago, on September 15, my grandson was born, which is why I prepared a chocolate cake and some cupcakes for him to celebrate as a family, as we traditionally do.
Ciertamente en mi familia acostumbramos a cantar el cumpleaños feliz el mismo día, en esta oportunidad siendo jueves y teniendo que laborar al dia siguiente, la celebración fue sencilla con tan solo un pastel y unos cupcakes que sirvieron de pretexto para reunirnos entre semana mis hijos y yo.
Para el pastel y los cupcakes utilicé los ingredientes tradicionales tanto para el pastel de chocolate y los cupcakes de vainilla.
Ambos con relleno de crema chantilly y con ganache de chocolate.
Ingredientes Pastel y Cupcakes
300 gramos de harina leudante
3 huevos (c/u)
Manteca
Esencia de vainilla
220 ml Leche
Azucar
Chocolate amargo
Certainly in my family we used to sing happy birthday on the same day, this time being Thursday and having to work the next day, the celebration was simple with just a cake and some cupcakes that served as a pretext to get together during the week my children and me.
For the cake and cupcakes I used the traditional ingredients for both the chocolate cake and the vanilla cupcakes.
Both with chantilly cream filling and chocolate ganache.
Cake and Cupcake Ingredients
300 grams of self-rising flour
3 eggs (each)
Butter
Vanilla
220 ml milk
Sugar
Bitter chocolate
Procedimiento:
Luego de agregar los ingredientes y colocarla en una bandeja previamente harinada , coloque el biscocho de chocolate en el horno previamente calentado a 180°C por 40 minutos.
Luego de verificar que estaba totalmente cocido, lo deje reposar por unos minutos.
After adding the ingredients and placing it on a previously floured tray, place the chocolate biscuit in the oven previously heated to 180°C for 40 minutes.
After verifying that it was fully cooked, let it rest for a few minutes.
Después le coloque la capa quita migas para dejarlo en la nevera por 3 horas.
Then I cut the cake in the middle and proceeded to fill it with chantilly cream.
Then place the crumb remover layer to leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.
Ya con la primera capa de crema chantilly, una vez transcurrido las 3 horas en la nevera procedí a decorarlo, para ello le coloque otra capa de crema chantilly y en la parte superior le coloque ganache de chocolate negro amargo.
With the first layer of chantilly cream, once the 3 hours had elapsed in the fridge, I proceeded to decorate it, to do this I placed another layer of chantilly cream and on top I placed bitter black chocolate ganache.
Luego de la cocción los deje reposar muy bien y procedí a rellenarlos con crema chantilly, como se visualiza en las imagenes.
After cooking, I let them rest very well and proceeded to fill them with chantilly cream, as shown in the images.
Seguidamente lo decoré con crema chantilly y ganache de chocolate negro como se puede observar en las imágenes.
Then I decorated it with chantilly cream and dark chocolate ganache as you can see in the images.
For dinner I made a traditional lasagna, which my grandson and daughter love.
We spent a few hours sharing with the family and celebrating the 16th birthday of my grandson Jesus Francisco.
