Today I am sharing this recipe that is a little more flexible in my diet and that has things that I like. I actually saw this recipe in the Keto space and wanted to make it, so here it is.
We will start by placing the seasoning on the chicken (170g per portion) I used chicken legs that I had in the freezer, and we took this to the pan and sealed them.
Hoy comparto esta receta que es un poco más flexible en mi dieta y que tiene cosas que son de mi agrado. Esta receta de hecho la Vi en espacio Keto y quise hacerla, así que aquí la traigo.
Empezaremos por colocar condimentar el pollo (170g por porción) yo utilicé piernas de pollo que tenía en el congelador, y esto llevamos a la sartén y los sellamos.

30ml cream
½ tbsp green pesto
19g cream cheese

After mixing everything, we will add the chicken and on top we also place 75 g cauliflower cut into small florets, cherry tomatoes cut in half, grated cheese, more salt and pepper.
Después de mezclar todo, agregaremos el pollo y por encima colocamos también 75 g coliflor cortada en cogollos pequeños, tomatitos cherry cortados a la mitad, queso rallado, más sal y pimienta.
We will take this to the preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Esto lo llevaremos al horno precalentado a 200°c por 30 minutos o hasta que esté cocinado el pollo.
And this would be all, it only remains to enjoy this delicious dish. It's pretty fast.
Y esto seria todo, solo queda disfrutar de este rico plato. Es bastante rápido.
