Commonly known in our Bangladesh as gourd or kadu.The scientific name of gourd is Lagenaria siceraria, although it is not quite winter in our city yet we will see winter next month.Gourd is one of the winter vegetables.Which is mostly eaten raw as a vegetable.
Gourd gives us great comfort as a winter vegetable.Gourd is best able to keep the human body dry and cool. However, there is a lot of water in the gourd. However, the caloric content of the gourd is very low even though it has high nutritional value.Gourds are more nutritious than bitter gourds.Gourd is a must in your vegetable diet to take care of the intestines.Especially the role of gourd in keeping the stomach liver clean and spreading any skin disease is undeniable.So you eat one serving of vegetables every day which is a big part of staying healthy.you have digestive problems including fever, chills and diabetes,you can definitely keep your body healthy by eating gourd.

I have given 200 ml of water here. After that I put the lid on after mixing it well. Reduce the heat on the stove for about 8 minutes. After that I opened the lid and fried the fish in the previous oil. Then mix again lightly.I put the lid on. After exactly five minutes I will remove the lid.
Here we have added quantity of powdered spices and combined well.
Then after we cook the curry for two to three minutes we will see that the curry is cooked.
