Hello food hivers,

Sharing my traditional recipe for today, at the same time my entry for Hive Top Chef Competition which I am to featured this "nilat-anan na manok bisaya/ stew native whole chicken".

This traditional recipe is very popular and famous especially here in the Philippines. Coz it is such delicious and starving satisfied, the meat of the "bisayang manok" are merely different from commercial chicken or domesticated chicken which sold in the market. The soup are likely mouth-watery and the chicken brisk was so yummy, it is really craving satisfied.
