Buenas mis queridos amigos, estoy de vuelta después de unos días de ausencia por cuestiones personales, hoy estuve de visita donde una de mis hermanas que viven en otra población a treinta minutos de donde vivo, cuando llegue a su casa en compañía de mi esposa nos encontramos que su hijo mi sobrino estaba en el hospital porque a su esposa se le había adelantado el parto, eran las diez y media de la mañana así que nos fuimos para el hospital a conocer el bebé, en la espera de nos hizo un poco tarde y mi hermana la nueva abuela nos dijo vamos a comer y regresamos dentro de un rato al llegar a su casa mi cuñado Carlos Alberto Arcila tenía el almuerzo listo lo que más me llamó la atención y me gustó fue el pan que había preparado le dije cuñado ese pan es primera vez que lo como le pedí la receta y como se llamaba para compartir con ustedes, al salir de su casa me fui directo a la panadería para comprar los panes para convertirlo en una deliciosa cena acompañado con su respectiva taza de café con leche. ✔️ 1 Pan portugués o canilla.
✔️ 1 Cabeza de ajo ( allium sativum ).
✔️ 100 g De queso llanero.
✔️ 4 Cucharadas de mantequilla.
✔️ 3 Ramas de cilantro ( coriandrum sativum ).
✔️ 1/2 Taza de aceite vegetal.
✔️ Sal al gusto.
Ingredients:

✔️ 4 tablespoons of butter.

Quitarle la punta a la cabeza de ajo para colocar a freír en el aceite caliente con concha y todo e ir dándole vueltas para que no se queme, pinchar con un tenedor para saber cuándo esten blandos, dejar enfriar o reposar.
