Hello, all users of the community for the preparation of different types of dishes.
A community that provides us with lots of ideas for making delicious specialties and different dishes and desserts from around the world.
I am one of the fans of the community,as I have the opportunity to post in an individual way the preparation of different types of dishes in my home.
Preparing delicious dishes is my hobby which I enrich with new ideas received from users who post here.
Today I have prepared for you an appetizer,of roasted blue eggplants and roasted peppers in combination with walnuts.which I like very much.this is an excellent combination and composition of products.
The preparation of the dish itself is elementary and easy.the heat treatment of the vegetables can be done in three ways:

  • on the barbecue
  • in the oven on the hob
  • an appliance for roasting vegetables - a "pepper bake".
    The taste of the appetizer depends on its processing,which takes a little more time.
    In this case, I roasted the vegetables on a specialised pepper roaster and their specific taste and aroma were preserved.
    The eggplants and peppers I used were grown outdoors and are environmentally friendly.
    Let's move on to the preparation of this delicious starter,which can be enjoyed in different ways. it depends on your imagination and desire.

Required products :

  • 3 pcs. / blue aubergines
  • 3 pcs. / green peppers
  • 100 g / walnuts
  • 1 tsp / red pepper
  • 45 g / oil
  • 50 g / yoghurt
  • 15 g / pressed garlic
  • 30 g / fennel

Preparation method:

Cut the roasted eggplant into pieces and lightly smash it with a steak mallet to preserve the thick consistency of the eggplant.
In a separate bowl, dice the roasted peppers.Combine the two vegetables.Stir gently.Top with three tablespoons of yogurt.

Put 4 tablespoons of oil and a hundred grams of walnuts in a pan. fry them.
With the heat off add a teaspoon of paprika and pour it over the vegetables.
Add fresh dill and pressed garlic.

Toast a slice of bread and serve the starter chilled.
Optionally, you can add a different type of roast meat.

Hola a todos los usuarios de la comunidad para preparar diferentes tipos de platos.
Una comunidad que nos proporciona muchas ideas para hacer deliciosas especialidades y diferentes platos y postres de todo el mundo.
Soy una de las fans de la comunidad, ya que tengo la oportunidad de publicar de forma individual la preparación de diferentes tipos de platos en mi casa.
Preparar platos deliciosos es mi afición, que enriquezco con las nuevas ideas que recibo de los usuarios que postean aquí.
Hoy os he preparado un aperitivo,de berenjenas azules asadas y pimientos asados en combinación con nueces.Que me gusta mucho.Es una excelente combinación y composición de productos.
La preparación del plato en sí es elemental y fácil.El tratamiento térmico de las verduras se puede hacer de tres maneras:

  • en la barbacoa
  • en el horno en la placa de cocción
  • con un aparato para asar verduras: un "horneado de pimienta".
    El sabor del entrante depende de su elaboración, que lleva un poco más de tiempo.
    En este caso, asé las verduras en un asador de pimientos especializado y su sabor y aroma específicos se conservaron.
    Las berenjenas y los pimientos que utilicé fueron cultivados al aire libre y son respetuosos con el medio ambiente.
    Pasemos a la preparación de este delicioso aperitivo, que se puede degustar de diversas maneras.

Ingredientes necesarios :

  • 3 uds. / berenjenas azules
  • 3 uds. / pimientos verdes
  • 100 g / nueces
  • 1 cucharadita / pimiento rojo
  • 45 g / aceite
  • 50 g / yogur
  • 15 g / ajo prensado
  • 30 g / hinojo

Método de preparación:

Cortar la berenjena asada en trozos y aplastarla ligeramente con un mazo de carne para mantener la consistencia gruesa de la berenjena.
En un bol aparte, cortar los pimientos asados en dados. combinar las dos verduras. mezclar suavemente. Añade tres cucharadas de yogur.

Poner en una sartén 4 cucharadas de aceite y cien gramos de nueces. freírlas.
Con el fuego apagado, añada una cucharadita de pimentón y viértalo sobre las verduras.
Añade el hinojo fresco y el ajo prensado.

Tuesta una rebanada de pan y sirve el aperitivo frío.
Si se desea, se puede añadir otro tipo de carne asada.
Para los que les haya gustado la receta, les deseo buen apetito.

It would have never crossed my mind to mix eggplants with walnuts but now thinking about it, it makes a lot of sense, the eggplants and peppers being soft so the walnuts will add a crunchy texture and probably a nice flavor as well. Nicely done!
