Hello to all the hive users and fans in the culinary arts community.
I am a brand new user from my little country Bulgaria
.

I would like to enrich the menu of users like me,by sharing different recipes from our national cuisine.
Today I prepared a very popular dish for our Bulgarian cuisine .
I came across an interesting fact.
The name of the prepared dish did not have a proper translation in any of the languages in which I make my posts.
I had to get creative,and here is what came to my mind at that moment. I wrote it down.
The dish I offer you is served for both breakfast and dinner in many Bulgarian homes.
It is universal and is prepared in many different ways in different forms with different flavours and tastes. Its ingredients determine its taste and flavour.
In Bulgarian homes it is equally desired by young and old.
Perhaps this is its charm, its momentary surprise.

Ingredients needed to prepare the dish:

  • 700 g/white flour
  • 200 g/fresh milk
  • 100 g/water
  • 400 g/white salted cheese
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 3 g/eggs, separate the yolk into one
  • 1 pcs. dry yeast
  • 1 tsp. /sugar
  • 1 tsp. /salt
  • 2 tsp. /oil
  • 150 g / cow butter
  • 2 tbsp. / fresh milk to spread on the yolks

Method of preparation:

I used a measuring scale for the flour and a bread machine to knead the dough.
Hand kneading is much more labor intensive.

  • Make 4 balls of dough.
  • Melt the butter in a bowl.
  • Prepare the salted cheese

  • Take one part of the dough and roll out the crust

  • Sprinkle with butter and cheese

  • Roll out the crust and then make it into a snail

  • Arrange the four crusts side by side in a baking dish.
  • Brush them with the egg yolk.
  • Add the cheddar cheese.
  • Let rise for 20 minutes.
  • Bake until done

Hoy he preparado un plato muy popular de nuestra cocina búlgara.
Me encontré con un hecho interesante.
El nombre del plato preparado no tenía una traducción adecuada en ninguno de los idiomas en los que hago mis publicaciones.
Tuve que ponerme creativo, y esto es lo que se me ocurrió en ese momento. Lo escribí.
El plato que os ofrezco se sirve tanto en el desayuno como en la cena en muchos hogares búlgaros.
Es universal y se prepara de muchas formas diferentes con distintos sabores y gustos. Sus ingredientes determinan su gusto y sabor.
En los hogares búlgaros lo desean por igual jóvenes y mayores.
Tal vez éste sea su encanto, su sorpresa momentánea.

Ingredientes necesarios para preparar el plato:

  • 700 g/harina blanca
  • 200 g/leche fresca
  • 100 g/agua
  • 400 g/queso blanco salado
  • 100 g/queso cheddar
  • 3 g/huevos, separar la yema en uno
  • 1 ud. de levadura seca
  • 1 cucharadita/de azúcar
  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • 2 cucharaditas /aceite
  • 150 g / mantequilla de vaca
  • 2 cucharadas / de leche fresca para untar las yemas

Método de preparación:

He utilizado una báscula para medir la harina y una máquina de pan para amasar la masa.
Amasar a mano es mucho más laborioso.

  • Haz 4 bolas de masa.
  • Derretir la mantequilla en un bol.
  • Preparar el queso salado

  • Toma una parte de la masa y extiende la corteza

  • Espolvorear con mantequilla y queso

  • Estirar la corteza y darle forma de caracol

  • Coloca las cuatro cortezas una al lado de la otra en una fuente de horno.
  • Píntalas con la yema de huevo.
  • Añade el queso cheddar.
  • Deja que suba durante 20 minutos.
  • Hornee hasta que esté hecho

Aquí está el resultado final.
