For those who are not aware My First Bitcoin is an educational project to bring all kinds of audiences closer to the world of decentralized economy and the use of Bitcoin, from the basics to more advanced levels depending on the ability and interest of its students. As stated in official website: "..is a Bitcoin educational project that aims to provide unbiased, free and gratuitous education about Bitcoin...", having a program educative that can be applied in all parts of the world. This project has spread around the world and the Cuban Bitcoin 🇨🇺 community has welcomed it to educate.

Durante 6 semanas, los sábados, se estuvo impartiendo el curso a una primera avanzada de primeros estudiantes de diversas edades. Es conocido que los más jóvenes son nativos digitales pero nada impide que una abuela entienda y utilice bitcoin, se trata de evitar todo tipo de exclusión y siempre sumar, ganar la batalla de la adopción y mostrarle a todos que el futuro de las relaciones económicas está en la descentralización, y en su vanguardia Bitcoin.
For 6 weeks, on Saturdays, the course was being taught to a first advanced of first students of various ages. It is known that the youngest are digital natives but nothing prevents a grandmother from understanding and using Bitcoin, it is about avoiding all kinds of exclusion and always adding, winning the adoption battle, and showing everyone that the future of economic relations is in decentralization, and at its forefront Bitcoin.

El lugar escogido fue el Too Much, emblemático por aceptar desde hace mucho el pago cripto y promoverlo. Adicionalmente algunos emprendimientos mostraron sus ideas y hubo un excelente snack acompañado del espacio para el networking.
Este fue el primero pero de seguro se replicará nuevamente y en un futuro no muy lejano en el interior del país, la misión de llevar el conocimiento y poder de este magnífico proyecto así lo requiere. Bitcoin y las criptomonedas descentralizadas definitivamente ayudarán a que Cuba y los cubanos seamos parte natural de la economía global, sin límites ni fronteras.
En esta ocasión no tuve la oportunidad de estar presente físicamente en la actividad, pero de todas las demás maneras estuve.
The place chosen was the Too Much, emblematic for long accepting crypto payment and promoting it. Additionally, some startups showed their ideas and there was an excellent snack accompanied by a space for networking.
This was the first one but it will surely be replicated again and in the not too distant future in the interior of the country, the mission of bringing the knowledge and power of this magnificent project requires it. Bitcoin and decentralized cryptocurrencies will definitely help Cuba and Cubans to be a natural part of the global economy, without limits or borders.
