¡Hola comunidad! Hoy me encuentro en la sede de la Ciudad Deportiva para presenciar el primer evento de Hive en Cuba para este 2023 junto al torneo nacional de FIFA22. Acompáñame a ver lo más destacado del mismo y a explorar los distintos alrededores del lugar.
Hello community! Today I'm at the Ciudad Deportiva venue to witness the first Hive event in Cuba for this 2023 along with the FIFA22 national tournament. Join me to see the highlights of the event and explore the various surroundings of the place.
A diferencia de los eventos del pasado año, esta vez, el proyecto Hive Cuba se está centrando un poco más en potenciar las ventajas de la blockchain con los diferentes campos sociales a la vez que se genera comunidad de forma física, en este caso se ligó piel con piel con los deportes. Para ello, se efectuó este primer encuentro de hivers junto a un público gamer amante del fútbol digital con la intención de pasar el rato y, ¿por qué no? Hablarles de Hive también.
Unlike last year's events, this time, the Hive Cuba project is focusing a little more on combining the advantages of blockchain with different social fields while generating community in a physical way, in this case it linked skin to skin with sports. To this end, this first meeting of hivers was held with a gamer audience who love digital football with the intention of hanging out and, why not? Talk to them about Hive too.
La atención principal de este evento fue la atracción al torneo del llamativo y tan aclamado videojuego FIFA en el cual participaron alrededor de 128 personas compitiendo entre sí por el primer lugar. Además de Hive Cuba podemos encontrar al INDER, ADEC, RedBull, la Unión de Informáticos de Cuba y otras marcas como sus patrocinadores oficiales. Incialmente el mismo se tenía previsto para efectuarse el día 22 de Abril, pero debido a un fallo técnico en la red de alimentación eléctrica soterrada fue pospuesto para la actual fecha.
The main focus of this event was the attraction to the tournament of the flashy and highly acclaimed videogame FIFA in which around 128 people competed against each other for the first place. In addition to Hive Cuba we can find INDER, ADEC, RedBull, the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba and other brands as official sponsors. The event was originally scheduled to take place on April 22nd, but due to a technical failure in the underground power supply network it was postponed to the current date.
En el estadio principal, llamado ‘Coliseo’, fue donde se proyectó a través de una gran pantalla cómo iba avanzando el juego, con una capacidad óptima para poder ser visto por más de 600 espectadores a la vez.
In the main stadium, called the 'Coliseum', a large screen was used to project the progress of the game, with an optimal capacity to be watched by more than 600 spectators at the same time.
Entre los rincones del main event nos encontrábamos los hivers de Cuba, quienes atendimos a los interesados y los curiosos por conocer qué significaban las siglas de nuestros pullovers y el ecosistema en sí. Puedo afirmar que de mi parte traté de ayudar a todo aquel que se me acercó con la intención de indagar sobre el protocolo e incluso ayudamos a crear varias cuentas nuevas.
On the outskirts of the main event were the cuhivers, who attended to those interested and curious to know what the acronyms of our pullovers and the ecosystem itself meant. I can say that from my side I tried to help everyone who approached me with the intention of inquiring about the protocol and even helped to create several new accounts.
No puedo expresar con palabras lo que se siente estar rodeado de gente maravillosa que ofrece lo mejor de sí en una plataforma de creación de contenido capaz de aunar nichos y personas en una sola palabra: COMUNIDAD. Creo que Hive vino a nuestro país para devolver la esencia fundamental de las redes sociales, a humanizar mucho más nuestro contenido y darle valor a lo que hacemos a la vez que nos reinventamos a nosotros mismos como creadores, por eso, estoy muy orgulloso de la labor que se ha realizado desde hace un año hasta la actualidad, desde que Hive Cuba era tan sólo una idea hasta convertirse en lo que es hoy, un proyecto sólido y capaz de potenciar audiencias.
I can't express in words what it feels like to be surrounded by wonderful people who offer the best of themselves in a content creation platform capable of bringing together niches and people in one word: COMMUNITY. I think Hive came to our country to bring back the fundamental essence of social networks, to humanise our content much more and give value to what we do while reinventing ourselves as creators, so I am very proud of the work that has been done from a year ago until today, since Hive Cuba was just an idea to become what it's today, a solid and capable project to boost audiences.
Destaco la ayuda de mis amigos y colegas en esta ardua labor y aprecio mucho su apoyo tanto físico como emocional hacia este proyecto, por mencionar a algunos ejemplos de educadores e influencers que de alguna manera han hecho crecer nuestro grupo social quiero distinguir a: @manuphotos, @newnow497, @thoicel, @ramkarooz, @tonyes and @crptogeek por impulsar esta gran blockchain en Cuba.
I highlight the help of my friends and colleagues in this hard work and I appreciate their support both physically and emotionally towards this project, to mention some examples of educators and influencers who have somehow made our social group grow I want to distinguish: @manuphotos, @newnow497, @thoicel, @ramkarooz, @tonyes and @crptogeek for driving this great blockchain in Cuba.
