Although I didn't find this grasshopper in the rice fields, we call this grasshopper a rice grasshopper, because we can find this grasshopper very much in rice fields. I found this grasshopper in the green leaves of the forest and the grasshopper was resting on the leaves while eating the young leaves.
I was so attracted to this grasshopper that I wanted to take a picture of it, this very beautiful looking grasshopper has a very green color. If we don't mind it, it's a grasshopper, so I can keep shooting it as much as I can.
Grasshoppers are one of the most common types of insects and have many groups and we can also find them in various habitats around the world. And the size of grasshoppers is generally about 5 cm, but the grasshoppers that I found do not have wings to fly, because they are still small.
Grasshoppers have their own characteristics, such as jumping. The grasshopper is known as the animal with the largest jump in the world, the grasshopper can jump and fly. Grasshoppers are also one of the hungriest animals.
In Islam the grasshopper is one of the two animals that can be eaten and is lawful even though it is eaten after the grasshopper dies first and we eat the same as fish. Even if the fish dies, the fish can be eaten.
There is something unique about grasshoppers, namely that these insects have antennae that are almost always shorter than their bodies and with the help of these antennae they can be used as tracking and signaling devices to help groups. In fact, grasshoppers can be destructive pests for planting seeds or fields, because grasshoppers really like to eat young leaves of course.
These insects are animals that have various nutrients that are very important for humans, such as protein, vitamins, essential fatty acids and minerals. And we can see when the grasshopper is fried as a delicious food to remove the oil in the grasshopper's body.
We always encounter grasshoppers in forests, plantations, and rice fields, even our backyards are often visited by grasshoppers. And what is unique about grasshoppers is that grasshoppers can definitely make a very loud sound. The term produced by some species of grasshopper is usually formed by rubbing the back femur of a grasshopper against its end. It can even flap its wings and make sounds while flying.
grasshoppers have long legs and even the hind legs are longer than the front legs, because the hind legs are used for jumping and jumping are much longer, suitable for jumping long and stiff legs.
Many species of grasshoppers and even thousands of species of grasshoppers have different varieties and body shapes. There are grasshoppers that are brown, green and even black. And there is a species of grasshopper that has wings.
