Total performance
After the 2-1 last week in Bruges, we could expect a hot night in Bergamo. But Club Brugge played very mature and used the counterattack perfectly. After 2 minutes it was already 0-1 via Chemsdine Talbi. 20 minutes later Talbi scored another one, and just before halftime the 0-3 was there via Jutgla after a screamer of a shot.
The second half was only a matter of keeping the advantage. And that worked out, despite the 1-3 by Lookman.
Club Brugge through to the 1/8 finals of the UEFA Champions League against Aston Villa or Lille OSC.
