The Jupiler Pro League is nearing its final days. Cercle Brugge is still in a dangerous spot that could lead us to relegation so two more wins are necessary. Especially against direct opponents!

Today, against Westerlo, Cercle played fantastic, but still got behind on the counter attack. But then we got a penalty… and missed it. After the pause, we scored, but the VAR overruled it. Eventually we scored the equaliser in the 72nd minute. But we didn’t get further than that…

Almost 3 expected goals in the statistics and 24! Shots on goal. Football isn’t always fair.
