A Great Comeback With Lessons Learnt .

If we really want to go all the way we need to do better going forward because the display yesterday was nothing to write home about, playing that kind of football against a struggling Chelsea team is really big slap on our face. At the end of the day kudos to the guys for the late delivery, a point is better than nothing

It was indeed a great escape for the Gunners . We were awful until the last 15 mins, but it was great to nick a draw. In fact I already gave up on team after the second goal . Raya was caught napping which allowed Chelsea's Mudryk score a spectacular against us.

Ramsdale needs to come back in to the starting line up not because of Raya’s uncertain moments that have been worrying, but because he’s gained the privilege over time to have a second chance at being number 1. The gap between them is minimal.

To be honest , the first half at Stamford Bridge yesterday was the worst we've played this season. Big credits to Chelsea thought , they managed to curtail Arsenal's progressive momentum to a large extent which actually worked for them honestly. Their midfield was really compact , I hardly saw Odegaard's impact in the game yesterday. He definitely didn't pull those traditional stringing passes he's quite known for.

I still can't fathom how Chelsea's first goal was a penalty. These days I'm lost and confused with the handball rule . It's also funny how Chelsea's goalie Sanchez got away with the foul on Gabriel Jesus in the box 18 . Officiating in the Epl continues to raise more inquisitive questioning . It seems we won't get enough of the bad officiating, at least not anytime soon .

In other news, It’s crazy to say, but our best passages of play really have been with Havertz up front. Not popular, but definitely a weapon we must utilize going forward. I've met some Arsenal fans who believe the team can score a lot of goals if he starts as a striker or a central forward. His holdup play and aerial duels will give a lot of advantage to the attackers to score more goals.

When the starters don’t step up, those waiting on the bench have to be ready to make a difference. They did that today. Just like the game against City. Also we must praise Arteta's mentality with the substitutions he made which changed the game around . The introduction of Tomiyasu, Smith-Rowe ,Trossard, Nketiah and Havertz really did make an impact in yesterday's comeback, no cap .

I just can't help but make mention of Declan Rice's importance in this Arsenal team . No doubt there are aspects in football that don’t have a price.Leadership is one of them. When we were drowning, he rose up to steady the ship and turn the tides. Declan is our record man for a reason. These interventions will prove pivotal at the end of the journey.

The London derby yesterday was somewhat our worst gameplay in a long while even though we are still unbeaten this season. I wouldn't join the bandwagon thinking we're going invisible this season but I need to see a relentless attitude from the boys at all times .

I feel this comeback against Chelsea should be a moral booster for the boys in their prospective matches. The Gunners next fixture is at Spain against Sevilla. This match is quite important in our quest to Champions League glory. Our last outing in Europe's top tier club competition was a loss to Lens at France .I hope the boys can come out with a resounding victory in Spain this time around. Fingers crossed
