Hola, reciban un afectuoso saludo mis estimados amigos de nuestra Comunidad Hive Motors y a todos los miembros de nuestra Comunidad Hive en general, en esta ocasión quiero presentarles una fabricación en el torno de un buje de un distribuidor de automóvil, a partir de un material reciclado.
Hello, my dear friends of our Community Hive Motors and to all the members of our Hive Community in general, I would like to present to you a lathe manufacture of a car distributor bushing from a recycled material.
En Venezuela debido a la crisis reinante se deben de reutilizar los materiales que se encuentran dañados (reciclar) y debido a la diferencia del costo entre un buje nuevo y un buje fabricado con material reciclado, las personas que requieren bujes para el distribuidor de los automóviles prefieren los fabricados con material reciclado.
In Venezuela, due to the prevailing crisis, damaged materials must be reused (recycled) and due to the difference in cost between a new bushing and a bushing made from recycled material, people who require bushings for the distributor of automobiles prefer those made from recycled material.
Para poder realizar este tipo de trabajo se requiere tener un torno, un vernier, un cigueñal de automóvil (dañado), una cegueta y varios tipos de mechas.
In order to perform this type of work, it is necessary to have a lathe, a vernier, a (damaged) automobile crankshaft, a blind and several types of bits.

Para poder fabricar un buje de un distribuidor de automóvil, primero debemos tener el material con el cual lo fabricaremos, en este caso el material base que nos servirá para obtener el buje, será un árbol de leva de automóvil (dañado), ya que es un material muy duro (resistente).
In order to manufacture a bushing from a car distributor, first we must have the material with which we will manufacture it, in this case the base material that will be used to obtain the bushing, will be a car camshaft (damaged), since it is a very hard material (resistant).
Centramos el árbol de leva en el plato del torno./Center the camshaft on the lathe chuck .
Centramos el árbol de leva en el plato del torno, de tal manera que quede bien centrado, para comenzar a desgastarlo (comerle) con la cuchilla diwar.
We center the camshaft on the lathe chuck, so that it is well centered, to begin to wear it (eat it) with the diwar blade.
Le hacemos centro con una mecha. / We make a center with a wick.
Después de haberlo centrado buscamos una mecha de 5 milímetros para hacerle el centro por dentro.
After having centered it, we look for a 5 millimeters wick to make the center on the inside.
Luego de haberle hecho el centro y de haberla perforado, buscamos una mecha de 12 milímetros.
After having made the center and perforated it, we look for a 12 millimeter wick.
Se perfora ./Drilling
La perforamos para aproximarla a la medida deseada, que son 14 milímetros. Por dentro y por fuera debe tener 19 milímetros.
We perforate it to approximate the desired size, which is 14 millimeters. Inside and outside it should be 19 millimeters.
Le introducimos una rima./We introduce a rhyme.
Después de estar centrada la pieza y con las medidas exactas por dentro y por fuera, le metemos una rima de 14 milímetros, para que quede la medida exacta.
After the piece is centered and with the exact measurements inside and outside, we put a 14 millimeters rhyme, so that it is the exact measurement.
Le hacemos un biselado./We make a beveled.
Al tener las medidas exactas aproximamos con la cuchilla para hacerle un bisel y luego cortarlo con la segueta.
Once we have the exact measurements, we approximate with the blade to make a bevel and then cut it with the saw.
Le quitamos la rebaba./We remove the burr.
Después de cortalo le quitamos la rebaba y metemos el buje en la prensa con presión.
After cutting, we remove the burr and put the bushing in the press with pressure.
Promediamos el eje interno del distribuidor con el buje./We average the inner shaft of the distributor with the bushing.
Luego de haber metido el buje en la prensa, se procede a meterle el eje interno del distribuidor, asegurarnos de que tengas las medidas exactas deseadas, finalizando así la fabricación del buje de un distribuir de automóvil.
After having put the bushing in the press, we proceed to put the internal axis of the distributor, making sure that you have the exact desired measurements, thus finalizing the manufacture of the bushing of an automobile distributor.
