Se nos presenta una bicicleta de carreras, la cual tiene el cuadro o burro partido en uno de sus ángulos, especificamente en el ángulo que está alrededor del tubo que sujeta a la silla o asiento.
We are presented with a racing bicycle, which has the frame or donkey split at one of its angles, specifically at the angle that is around the tube that holds the saddle or seat.
Tal como se puede apreciar este cuadro o burro de bicicleta presenta una grietas o fisuras, por lo cual es necesario soldar la parte afectada para solventar el problema y que pueda funcionar sin ningún tipo de inconveniente.
As you can see, this bicycle frame or donkey has cracks or fissures, so it is necessary to weld the affected part to solve the problem and allow it to work without any inconvenience.
Antes de proceder a soldar, primero debemos realizar un biselado con el esmeril a la parte que se va a soldar, para que quede con mayor fortaleza y solidez, evitando de esa manera la posibilidad que debido al peso que debe sorportar cuando la bicicleta esté funcionando, se pueda llegar a partir nuevamente.
Before proceeding to weld, we must first bevel the part to be welded with a grinder, so that it will be stronger and more solid, thus avoiding the possibility that due to the weight it must bear when the bicycle is working, it may break again.
La parte afectada biselada/The affected part beveled
Después de haber biselado la parte afectada la limpiamos con un poquito de gasolina y luego después de haberse evaporado la gasolina se procede a calentar la parte afectada para descontaminarla.
After beveling the affected part we clean it with a little bit of gasoline and after the gasoline has evaporated we proceed to heat the affected part to decontaminate it.
Nuevamente lo limpiamos perfectamente con el esmeril para que la pintura no rechace la.soldadura.
Again we clean it perfectly with an emery board so that the paint does not reject the weld.
Después de realizado todo eso, procedemos a soldar con argón y aluminio.
After all that is done, we proceed to weld with argon and aluminum.
Después de haber soldado la parte afectada, esmerilamos por los lados, pero no debemos hacerle un acabado completo para que no se debilite y quede bien reforzado, de esa manera nos aseguramos de que no partirá jamás.
After welding the affected part, we grind the sides, but we must not finish it completely so that it does not weaken and is well reinforced, thus ensuring that it will never split.
