How are you #sarangmotor friends? May this September be a month full of blessings for all of us and even so I never get tired of learning little by little how to repair a two-wheeled vehicle that has minor damage and in everyday life two-wheeled vehicles are of course very easy to find in the surrounding environment with cases of minor damage starting from damage to wayers, lights, tire drive chains and so on.
And for me personally, who likes tinkering with motorbikes, I often repair damage like this myself because apart from saving repair costs, this also gives me a little knowledge in the field of engines and in the last few days I have just repaired the radiator of my brother's two-wheeled vehicle .
And as we know, in general the radiator on a motorbike functions to cool the engine when the engine is hot and the radiator is filled with special water which is sold at motorbike repair shops. And if your motorbike's radiator is damaged or the radiator water runs out, the engine injector light (hot temperature) will light up and this indicates that your motorbike's radiator is not working on the engine.
In my publication today I want to share how to repair the radiator of a Vario Techno two-wheeled matic vehicle.
To fix the motorbike radiator, of course I need some keys to open the bolts that attach that motorbike engine radiator.
And after I prepared all the keys, then I proceeded to open the body part that binds the radiator tube cap.
After that, I continued to unscrew the radiator fastening bolts attached to the motorbike engine and also opened all the water hoses connected to the radiator tube to the engine to see the point of damage.
And to facilitate the process of disassembling the radiator tube, I finally dismantled the rear body of the motorbike.
And after I finished disassembling the radiator tube and the hose connecting it to the engine assembly and after I checked it,
Apparently, the damage occurred to the thermostat which does not work when the engine is hot., then I fixed the thermostat temporarily by removing the automatic components in the tube and only for a few days because my sister currently doesn't have the money to buy a new one.
And after I finished repairing that thermostat,
I continued to open the motorbike body to make the installation process a little easier and I also checked the motorbike's air filter.
After I opened the air filter box, it turned out that the filter looked no longer suitable for use and I immediately replaced it with a new one.
And after I repaired all the damage to the motorbike, then I continued to re-install the entire body and randiator components and filter components of the motorbike and I did the installation process slowly so that all the body parts and other components could be installed properly as before and after completing the installation, I also tried to start the motorbike for about 30 minutes and when the motorbike engine was hot, the engine indicator light was no longer flashing (as before) and this indicates that I succeeded in repairing that motorbike radiator.
