One to get upset about actually!
It sounds stupid I know but here's the story!
So this is the main mack at the Ford dealer's car, or rather his daughters car. Yeah yeah the Ford in our town! Well we do a lot of work for him, like too much actually!
So which begs the question as to why he brought the car after the whole town has seen the car? Like just why? He has spent an insane amount of money on the car and it's still not fixed, how can this be?
Yet now he wants a favor from us? Like what? He is probably going to get that favor but damn broh you could have given us the money!
Not A Big Job!
Well the rest of the town already did the bulk of the work for us and that's where it gets fun and annoying!
I have to finish up where other people started? I hate that, it sickens me sometimes xD Laughs!
Anyways! We only have to remove the TCM and send it in for repairs, as you can see the rear cover has been removed quite a couple of times before. It has been washed clean numerous times!
Now let's see what's waiting for us on the other side there!
Now She's Ugly!
I've never been fond of these types, really I haven't!
But whatever can one do hey, work is work and we like living!
But as I said these are always a pain in the butt! No wonder no one was able to fix her up good. They kept swapping out transmissions and didn't know that the problem would forever remain the same, see these computers are all programmed differently and there is a reason for that.
This is the reason, so they need to be reprogrammed to be able to run on the car!
Not just a plug and play thing here!
Not Liking The Look!
Yeah now that TCM looks a little buggered to me, at-least on sight!
We will be sending this one away and in the mean time I'll be fitting it with another to see if we don't have one that is actually working. The problem here is that they are getting old and out of date and the parts availability on them just isn't there anymore.
Luckily we have a guy that can fix these up like brand new, now that's cool right!
Wish I could gain that knowledge on things.
