Well Hello There Fellow Technicians And Hivers!
So This Is Nothing New!
Okay for everyone on Hive it might be! About a year ago we did a job and within three months it made a comeback... Now at first we thought we messed up... naturally that is always the case right?
Not this time, we pulled out pieces of tree bark and stuff from the clutch we installed and we found water inside the Megatronic... The megatronic is this nice silver thing I have in the picture below.
Now ever since we cleaned it out it kept on giving troubles! It never ended! Today I decided to pick that one up again!
Oh no the client doesn't want to pay but we want the car removed so we will dig in with some old parts and see what we can slap together!
The Problem.
Bare with me here I know the video is utterly crappy since I had to record the video with one of my hands and a third hand would actually have been stokingly great but it is what it is!
Notice how the two pistons on that side keep sucking back into the piston chamber.
That is not at all normal, you should be able to push and pull them easily with just your fingers, those suck back real hard and it has some sort of hydraulic issue.
Whack I've never seen this!

I Need Answers!
This has been a head scratcher for a while now!
Here is what the scratcher is about! Those pistons still have force on them even though I drained the oil from it so the only logical reason is that it has a blockage somewhere... Not sure what but dang it's winning me!
See when the computer plate is removed (The one to the left of the screen inside the black pan) well then it loses the oil pressure inside the casing!
So what the hell is causing this!
Even with the accumulator removed it still gives the same problem!
The accumulator is what builds up the oil pressure, it's a whack thing! It can push up the pressure to 48 bar inside the casing! That's why when they pop they rip apart the entire block!
Can be dangerous yeah! Very dangerous!

Never Have I Ever!
Okay....
I am bamfaffled! I really am!
I bet it's this filter! Because the moment I removed the top cover I heard a sucking sound and I saw the oil drain out of the filter... It looks whack though!
You can even still see the oil draining out of it and look how fat it is!
It's beyond swollen up and I've only ever saw one looking like this, It must be the water that it sucked up making it all clogged up like when toilet paper gets wet...
It's actually nasty!
Bossman Disagrees!
At the end he agreed with me because I am a smart motherfucker! I really am xD Laughs okay let's not get ahead of ourselves! But I reasoned with him about how filter can screw up things on other transmissions and he started thinking about it and stories he have heard.
There's a shop out there that almost always just changes out the filters and they work fine after that, whack shit but still!
The moment I saw the filter I knew something looked off!
A Rebuild From Scrap!
Laughs! Anyways let's get this thing fixed up real properly and get her back where she belongs!
Actually I just want the car removed from the shop! It's been in my way for a year now xD! Tsek my guy come and fetch your crap!
