Could I ask what are these icons? is the first the cost of the joint? I don't suspect so as 0.1 seems way too low and rewards 15 xp? I think thats where I'm going wrong, I had 750 BUDS but burned for MOTA just to test that feature out, now I'm at 40 after raids daily till my crops grow 😅

So the 0.10 is the cost though its factored in HIVE not BUDs but how much BUDs it takes to get HIVE at current market price when you produce the NFT. The 15 XP is how much XP the character earns when they smoke the NFT joint.
You can utilize multiple Avatar NFTs on raids personally I use 5 Avatars

I've been sending all my avatars out to raid but they are obviously all level 0 right now hahaha, is that correct or should I let them rest for more usage? if thats how it works

its better to have them at least lvl 1 otherwise they dont contribute much to BUDs earned, in other words quality of avatars used matters much more particularly the level.

Awesome thank you chubb! I did my first harvest, ended up with 420 some BUDS which is around 0.2 but it still wouldn't let me roll a joint, so I've just purchased a hemped wrapped joint hopefully going forward I can roll for myself 😅
