The Six Killers of Young Men

I felt inspired to write this because there so many young men making terrible decisions these days. As I've gotten older I've learned that almost every bad decision stems from not choosing your self.

Many young men are filled with inaccurate beliefs about the world, taught to them by people who aren't looking out for their best interest. But if they stilled their mind and listened to their heart, they will find the truth. It will be their Truth.

These are some of the issues facing young men today.

Low Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem is linked to most of the issues faced by young men. Low self-esteem causes depression, anxiety, obesity, and addiction to drugs, alcohol, video games, and pornography. Men with low self-esteem are lonely. Loneliness might encourage them to seek companionship in gangs, hate groups, and in other unhealthy places.

Mindset

Everyone that’s into crypto wants to get rich. But have you ever asked yourself why you want to be rich? What if I said that you’re already a smashing success?

Saying that might cause a stir with certain people because it means they can’t be a victim anymore. And feeling like a victim is quite satisfying because it allows you to avoid taking responsibility for your life.

A victim mentality usually comes with a poverty mindset. The poverty mindset makes you feel like you never have enough.

Men are fed an endless diet of things to blame for their problems.

Take your pick: Big Government, Feminists, The Media, Corporations, Communists, Liberals, Wall Street, Jews, Christians, Muslims, Conservatives, Immigrants, White Supremacists, Cabals of Pedophiles.

Well, I’m about to say the most controversial thing on the Internet right now.

You are the only reason for your unhappiness.

Distraction

Anything worth doing is difficult, and anything difficult requires focus. Men need a purposeful mission, and that is threatened by endless novel distractions.

Parents

It doesn’t matter whether you had good parents or bad parents. Every young man needs to reach his full potential. Doing that requires questioning the beliefs of his parents. This is extremely difficult though. Many men, even the successful ones, still hold the limiting beliefs of their parents.

Fear of failure

Losers are afraid of failure; winners fail until they succeed.

The only thing men should fear are things that can kill them. This is an evolutionary trait needed for survival. Without it, what’s to stop you from walking in front of a moving bus?

Every other fear is taught by schools, religion, the media, and parents.

Neurodevelopmental disorders

A lot of men are walking around with undiagnosed neurodevelopmental disorders. If you’re depressed, impulsive, disorganized, or unfocused then you could have ADHD. You might also be on the autism spectrum. If you are, it’s not the end of the world. It’s only bad if you fail to take care of yourself.

What should you do?

These are things you should do right now.

  1. Fix your diet. You are what you eat has never been truer. Depression, anxiety, and symptoms of ADHD are linked to diet. There are an endless number of diets claiming to be the best one. But whatever you choose, make sure you’re getting the micronutrients your brain needs to produce enough neurotransmitters. Your diet needs to include, amino acids, choline, vitamin C, B-vitamins, zinc, iron, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D for your brain to function properly.

  2. Exercise. You don’t need to get big. This is the most frustrating thing young men do when they start working out. They go and buy a body building magazine and try to look like what they see on the cover. This creates unrealistic expectations (the killer of success). And when those expectations can’t be fulfilled the desire to work out ends. Your body only needs to be functionally capable of handling day-to-day stresses. Exercise also keeps depression at bay.

  3. Read books and spend time with positive people. There’s a saying that goes “The person you become is determined by the books you read and the people you surround yourself with.” Whatever you want to achieve in life, surround yourself with the people who have already achieved that thing. The big mistake men do is they surround themselves with people who reinforce their own limiting beliefs.

  4. Practice gratitude. No matter how bad things are, there's always something to be grateful for. Turn your attention to those things and you'll be surprised how quickly your life improves.

Many truths in your lines. We liked the phrase that, regardless of what kind of parents we have had, our children now need the best version of us, and all the desire we can put into giving them a good education, time and love. Your advice is very good, and we think it is wise, because it seeks physical, mental and intellectual health.💯

Best regards @chucknun 🌻

Thank you so much.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://peakd.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem
