¡Saludos apreciados lectores hoy doy vida y amor a mi blog con una expresión genuina y cotidiana integrada de sentimiento y emociones!Mi intención ante este post no es determinar aspectos psicológicos ni científicos sobre el abrazo de eso ya hay mucho estudios, realmente lo que pretendo manifestar es una visión personal sobre ésta emotiva expresión ante la que me he observado desde hace un buen tiempo y con lo que me he podido dar cuenta que existen distinta formas de abrazar, de ello progresivamente he ido aprendiendo a reconocer y aceptar esta particular forma de dar afecto.
El abrazo es una expresión de afecto muy usada en nuestra cultura occidental, y la cultura que no la tenga por naturaleza de alguna u otra forma busca el abrazo; considero que el mismo depende de cómo hemos sido afectados en nuestros vínculos, sin duda desde la perspectiva en que se presente esta expresión está relacionada al amor y lleva consigo una carga emotiva que obedecerá de los factores psíquicos y emocionales que impulsan su expresión.
Desde mis observaciones respecto al abrazo he visto muchas formas en las que se manifiesta, siendo así aquí presento de modo general mi descripción en algunos casos:
El Abrazo de los niños
En mi experiencia de trabajo junto a ellos he logrado percibir lo instintivo que suelen ser estas bellas personitas, puros y originales en cuanto a su esencia humano, los niños no poseen filtros al momentos de decir, sentir y abrazar, ellos ofrecen afecto con quien realmente tienen afinidad y es a este a quien abren sus brazos con regocijo y empatía.
Estos son abrazos de cuerpo entero, con apertura de pecho, solicitados con brazos abiertos en su máxima extensión, algunas veces entre sonrisas, lágrimas o moquillos, siendo así cuando los niños no son manipulados y entregan sus abrazos llenos de mucha verdad a los adultos nos reinician y reivindican ante la vida.
El Abrazo de los adolescentes
La edad temida por muchos tras los cambios biológicos, psicológicos y emocionales que presentan el púber, en esta etapa se empieza a observar los límites corporales que cada individuo posee gracias a la historia de vida que nos marcó o acontece. He observado a muy pocos adolescentes fuera de su contexto intimo que abrazan de cuerpo entero, esto por lo general lo hacen con personas de su íntegra confianza y con vínculos más afines o afectivos.
Algunos solo lo hacen desde la parte superior del cuerpo, apenas rodean al otro con los antebrazos, incluso dan palmadas en la espalda, y en el peor de los casos para evitar manifestar el afecto o emoción, entonces ofrecen juegos con empujones o puñetazos alegando que esta es su expresión de afecto.
Abrazo de los adultos
En este target sí he observado mucha complejidad, he visto personas que solo abrazan desde la parte superior del cuerpo y sacan la cola evitando contacto con los genitales, otras que abrazan tan fuerte que no dejan respirar, otras que apenas se aproximan y terminan sacando los gases con pequeñas palmadas en la espalda.

Como también están los que rehúyen de este tipo de contacto y solo colocan la mano sobre el hombro para expresar su afecto, otros que dan abrazos parcos, es decir la persona no hace ni el más mínimo esfuerzo en abrir los abrazos y por cortesía solo se coloca frente ante el que con afecto se acerca. De igual modo he observado los abrazos intencionales, podría decir que son aquellos que provienen con una carga premeditada de muchos factores.
Abrazo animal
Y es el abrazo de los animales seres instintivos y afectivos que para mí también son los más sinceros al momento de dar afecto, en varias oportunidades he visto como buscan ser abrazados pidiendo al humano un gesto afectivo de contacto y caricia intenso, muchos quedan extasiados ante lo recibido y por esto suelen ser agradecidos ofreciendo a su mejor estilo el acompañamiento y afecto.
Después de haber realizado esta descripción muy personal de algunos casos, ahora defino mi posición ante los abrazos, y es que ante esta expresión de afecto suelo ser muy perceptiva y de este modo logro leer el lenguaje corporal del otro. Después haber leído hace unos cuantos años a Allan Pease estudioso de la comunicación sin palabras, me di cuenta de la importancia de conocer las distancias zonales de los seres vivos, esto no más se trata de observar y afinar nuestra percepción para saber hasta dónde se me da el permiso para intimar o abrazar a otros.
Por naturaleza soy una persona afectiva pero al momento de abrazar en un encuentro de socialización si procuro hacerlo observando y sintiendo la receptividad del otro, me he encontrado en grupos donde saludo a desconocidos con abrazos y un beso en la mejilla porque así se aproximan, pero igual dentro de ese mismo ambiente hay personas conocidas y no conocidas que saludan con la mano y con distancia, y para mí eso está bien en vista de que cada quien ofrece su presencia como mejor sienta y le parezca.
Vale destacar que esta comprobado científicamente que los abrazos tienen un componente emocional beneficiosos para la salud, y es por ello que desde que anda en este proceso de personal de descubrirme y sanar, reconocí una forma de abrazar que la llamo EL ABRAZO REINICIADOR Y es el abrazo que entre mis íntimos ofrezco de cuerpo entero, semiflexionando las rodillas integrándome con el otro rodeándolo con mis brazos y dejándome rodear, si es posible mi cabeza la descanso sobre su hombro o juntamos las mejillas, lo mejor es que no emitimos palabras para no interrumpir el encuentro, algunas veces hay suspiros y unos ojos cerrados que invitan a quedarse en el regazo.
Ese sencillo acto puede durar segundos pero al hacerlo de ese modo tan profundo puede parecer eterno, lo más hermoso e inofensivo es que al separarnos siento esa empatía y regocijo que me equilibra y permite dar continuidad en mi rutina un poco más armonizada. La energía afectiva del otro se despertó y fue transmitida de cuerpo a cuerpo a través del abrazo, realmente es una delicia poder tener abrazos que reinician y permiten conocer la esencia del otro beneficiándonos mutuamente.

The embrace is an expression of affection very used in our western culture, and the culture that does not have it by nature in some way or another seeks the embrace; I consider that it depends on how we have been affected in our bonds, undoubtedly from the perspective in which it is presented this expression is related to love and carries an emotional charge that will obey the psychic and emotional factors that drive its expression.
From my observations regarding the embrace I have seen many forms in which it manifests itself, being so here I present in a general way my description in some cases:
Children's Hug.
In my experience of working with them I have been able to perceive how instinctive these beautiful little people tend to be, pure and original in their human essence, children have no filters at the time of saying, feeling and hugging, they offer affection to whom they really have affinity and it is to whom they open their arms with joy and empathy.
These are full body hugs, with chest opening, requested with arms open to their fullest extent, sometimes between smiles, tears or snot, so when children are not manipulated and deliver their hugs full of truth to adults, they reinitiate us and vindicate us before life.
The Adolescent Embrace
The age feared by many after the biological, psychological and emotional changes that present the pubescent, at this stage begins to observe the body limits that each individual has thanks to the history of life that marked us or happens. I have observed very few adolescents outside of their intimate context that embrace the whole body, this is usually done with people they trust and with more affectionate or affectionate ties.
Some only do it from the upper body, barely surround the other with their forearms, even pat the back, and in the worst cases to avoid showing affection or emotion, then offer games with pushes or punches claiming that this is their expression of affection.
Hugging adults
In this target I have observed a lot of complexity, I have seen people who only hug from the upper part of the body and pull the tail avoiding contact with the genitals, others who hug so hard that they do not allow breathing, others who barely approach and end up removing the gases with small pats on the back.
There are also those who shy away from this type of contact and only place their hand on the shoulder to express their affection, others who give sparing hugs, that is to say, the person does not make even the slightest effort to open the hugs and out of courtesy only stands in front of the person who approaches with affection. In the same way I have observed the intentional hugs, I could say that they are those that come with a premeditated load of many factors.
Animal hug
And it is the embrace of the animals instinctive and affective beings that for me are also the most sincere at the moment of giving affection, in several opportunities I have seen how they look for being embraced asking the human for an affective gesture of contact and intense caress, many are ecstatic before the received thing and for this they are usually grateful offering in their best style the accompaniment and affection.
After having made this very personal description of some cases, I now define my position before the hugs, and is that before this expression of affection I am usually very perceptive and in this way I can read the body language of the other. After having read a few years ago to Allan Pease scholar of communication without words, I realized the importance of knowing the zonal distances of living beings, this is not more about observing and refining our perception to know how far I am given permission to intimate or hug others.
By nature I am an affectionate person but at the moment of hugging in a socialization meeting I try to do it observing and feeling the receptivity of the other, I have found myself in groups where I greet strangers with hugs and a kiss on the cheek because that is how they approach, but equally within that same environment there are known and unknown people who greet with the hand and with distance, and for me that is fine in view that each one offers his presence as best he feels and seems to him.
It is worth noting that it has been scientifically proven that hugs have an emotional component beneficial to health, and that is why since I have been in this process of personal discovery and healing, I recognized a way of hugging that I callHUG REINITIATING. And it is the embrace that among my intimates I offer a full body hug, half bending my knees, integrating myself with the other, surrounding him/her with my arms and letting myself be surrounded, if possible I rest my head on his/her shoulder or we put our cheeks together, the best thing is that we do not emit words so as not to interrupt the encounter, sometimes there are sighs and closed eyes that invite to stay in the lap.
This simple act can last seconds but doing it in such a deep way can seem eternal, the most beautiful and harmless thing is that when we separate I feel that empathy and joy that balances me and allows me to give continuity in my routine a little more harmonized. The affective energy of the other awakened and was transmitted from body to body through the embrace, it is really a delight to be able to have hugs that reinitiate and allow us to know the essence of the other mutually benefiting each other.
