Procrastination, is horrible so since my brain had refused to generate a topic for me to talk about. Let's talk about procrastination and how it affects us as people.
Exercise, I feel majority of people struggle with this activity, there's need for it but also serious lack of will to actually do it. If you had started doing that body workout since 2020 and stayed consistent do you know where you would be right now? You don't. Because you never pushed through with the plan.
Learning a skill, now you must have seen the effect because jobs must have crossed your path and you lost them because of procrastination.
I could go on and on, on how you can retify these losses by learning a skill now but you'll still procrastinate.
You need to learn that procrastination is the enemy of growth and if you don't fight it, you'll never win. I'm fighting it now. You can too.
