We all really have our desires when it comes it comes to work and working environments. In as much as we really want a work in which the pay is really attractive to us all, we also have our individual perceptives towards the work in which we are going to face and face very well 🙏.
Personally i would want a flexible job to do asan individual. I would work but also along the line ot should really be something that would be a bit easy and a more like routine jon. Oh yes i know that i am coming every morning to do that in particular or that in that my mindset is already set on That in which i am coming to do unlike a job in which you would really don't know that in particular in which awaits you but the ones in which you see you take it as you have seen it .
A work in which the environment is really a good and great one with freedom to do that in which we are supposed to do. I would really want a great employee employer relationship and not a situation where everything is not too good. There should be respect for one another and all should have that respect both the employer to the employee and the employees to the employer in which they might be working for.
A flexible work would be the one in which i would really choose and hope for.
