Men and Emotion
Thing is is it necessary for a man to show his vulnerability just because he's a man ? In the situation of emotions there is a bit of difference in societal expectations for men and women. That's because the world is women and sensitive people period is generally acceptable for there emotions to be accepted generally, it's okay for them to show their sadness worries and tears. But not the same for men. We suspected that men show their strength and fearlessness and I'm not allowed to outwardly express emotions.
Why men hide There emotions?
From childhood men are taught to be strong and our conditions to believing that expressing feelings is not necessary and is strange approaching their masculine journey. They are told that they could lose their respect and be laughed at if they cry out in public. But in cases like this they just end up channeling that sad feeling of grief elsewhere.
Emotional avoidance could result to a serious clap back.
The most essential attributes of being human is that we can feel and process emotions if it's a feeling of happiness we smile or show excitement when we are angry our body stiffens up voice rises up. And if it is in a state of gloominess we tend to cry which is a natural feeling generally. And so when men try to avoid these emotions, they become highly ruthless and aggressive towards people around them because the national all of this emotion into something else.

Can men be more expressive with their emotions?
Well the solution to this situation is that men should allow themselves to express their emotions yet this is usually more words less or no action well first of all:
1. Be Honest About How You Feel: to allow the pressure to become light it is first of all important to be honest about how you feel talk to someone and do not lie about your grieves your sadness or happiness.
2. Discover A Therapeutic Activity: find a routine that helps you reflect on the way you feel this is the best way to keep your emotions in check. This could be going for a long walk visiting the beach going for a long ride attending parties going on a vacation talking to a friend going for a jog. these routines could help you focus and reflect on your emotions.
