Anteros es el nombre que la mitología griega tiene para el Dios del amor correspondido, también conocido como el amor reciproco.
Hijo de Afrodita y Ares, ambos dioses de la mesa olímpica. Según algunas fuentes fue el primer hijo en nacer de esta pareja, otros otorgan ese lugar al Dios Eros, quien en efecto es mucho más conocido. Pero si analizamos el origen de Anteros, podemos inferir que se trata del fruto de la belleza y la fertilidad. Es representado muchas veces con alas de mariposa.
