Welcome to the yorkshire jungle, what lies behind the under growth we shall soon find out.
A burnt out shell of a former family home that has a tale to tell.
Built only as recently as the 1980's the bungalow sits in quite a large plot in Pontefract, the last residents were John and his girlfriend Margaret
In 2022, John popped his clogs and due to the weird and wonderful inheritance laws in the UK ownership of the bungalow passed not to his lady friend, as one would have expected, but to his brother.
The brother, such a caring loving individual what did he do? he evicted his brothers girlfriend!!
And once probate was sorted, he applied to the Govt. authorities for planning permission to demolish the love nest and build a significant number of new houses on the land.
"Money, it's a crime
Share it fairly, but don't take a slice of my pie
Money, so they say
Is the root of all evil today"
The authorities refused to give planning permission...............
...................Six months later the bungalow caught fire and burnt down to the shell it is today...........
..................I shall allow you to form your own opinions. I have formed mine!!!
A second planning application has been submitted
"I'm alright, Jack, keep your hands off of my stack
Money, it's a hit
Ah, don't give me that do-goody-good bullshit"
