Mansion with HUGE Indoor Pool
Hello to all you guys on HIVE and welcome to ITSABANDONED this is our first post of many so we are new and hope you want to follow and share the love for our post.
If you like to see old property's in a bad state and have been left abandoned this is the blog for you we will show you many styles and types of property in this state and show detail images of each room.
This mega mansion was constructed in 1976 with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with a massive indoor pool.
This place seems to have been abandoned around 2010. It’s is said that the family last to live here were from China who had successful businesses around the area.

But somehow they lost it all and had to sell the house. It was then bought by a developer who possibly has plans to demolish the house or remodel. Today it’s sits abandoned with many things left behind! Hopefully this beautiful home can be saved an enjoyed again.
LETS GO INSIDE
This 13000 square foot home and see what's left of it apparently a developer has bought the land and might knock it down as it sits on around 4 Akers of land this would be a shame as would make a lovely home if it was modernised there is still power to the property as well. and windows have been smashed before so the property can be entered as I believe kids have been in the property messing around .
MAIN LIVING AREA
SWIMMING POOL AREA AND SAUNA ROOM
The sauna room looks like it will still work and is in good condition this hole place just looks like it needs a good refurb and would be a amazing property.
SAUNA ROOM
BEDROOM 1
So on to the first bedroom in the property and the bed is still made with this green carpet and a striped bed spread also a old tv can be seen along with a old sofa and to the side a bathroom.
BEDEOOM 2
This bedroom is in a bit more of a mess than the other room as you can see with some old wooden side boards and a old tv in the room still. This room also has a bathroom as well with a jet tub and shower.

we will see were this leads to after seeing the main bathroom.
MAIN VATHROOM
This bathroom is a big room and is fully carpeted and has gold fixings for the taps along with a jet tub . The bath has a pink ting to the marble also you will see the pink mosaic ceiling light.
MAIN BEDROOM / MASTER BEDROOM
This room has a thick carpet and a 4 poster bed that has been smashed up and one of the posts put through the wall. The bed is still made as well very strange that the hole house has been emptied but the beds are left in the property and are still made. Also this main bedroom has its own bathroom of a set of double glass doors .
Also this bathroom has all gold fixings and a big golden swan in the bath spout . it looks like someone has smashed the units in a little bit apart from that there is not much damage to this room.
STEAM SHOWER
This room is of the main bedroom and bathroom.
This is a over looking part of the pool area of the area we have just been through and this will lead us to the other side of the house were we will see more.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
As you walk out of this area and start to walk to the other side of the building overlooking the main pool are there is some smashed glass on the floor as well. This will lead us to the main entrance to the property and the front doors.
This part is the main front doors to the property.
This part of the hall you can see that the windows have been smashed in probably by kids smashing them to get in to the property. we will now see the main living area and the lights have been smashed by kids such a shame .
This is the kitchen area this has been messed up a little bit as well by the kids getting in yo the property. also leads to a room with a dear light and then walk through down to the basement area. In the kitchen there is still one of the owners manuals from a bow left behind on the kitchen work top.
This leads to the Basement area .
And so tat leads us to the end of this tour of this mansion such a shame for this building and really hope that it does not get knocked down and built on and hopefully it gets renovated to a modern home as this will be a lovely property once converted to modern day specs and design .
