Exploring ITSABANDONED Mansion

Hi to all of you that have come across my post / post welcome to ITSABANDONED and welcome back to all of you that have followed me and seen my posts since I started posting this last few days.

Property images from the out side of this white house along with some drone shots for a birds eye view of this mansion before we go inside and take a look.

DRONE SHOTS

This one is a a large white house mansion and ITSABANDONED will rake you on a journey through this mansion and show you all the images from this property .

In today’s post we venture down south to an abandoned white marble mansion that to me resembles the White House in Washington DC. Built in 1983 by a man we’re going to call Mr MAN. He was originally from Poland and moved to Canada in the 1950s with dreams of actually working in the United States. And he accomplished his dream moving to Alabama and starting up a hotel business that was very successful!

In the 1970s he and his wife moved into a home that used to sit where the mansion sits now. They had planned on renovations and adding on to the other house but became an issue because of the extensive work the house needed. So in 1983 they tore down their house to rebuild their dream home.

With Mr.MAN being from Europe and his wife being from Alabama they both had certain styles that they loved. And that’s how the design of this mansion came about. The mansion features 12,000 square feet of living space, 2 pools with one of them being indoors, well over 30 chandeliers, and a 2000 sqft master bedroom.

Not to mention the crazy amount of marble and ornate trim above each entry way. In 2006 Mr.MAN passed away at the age of 93 and the mansion was sold off. The owner ship of the mansion changed several times until 2008 when the house was winterized and no one ever moved back in. So join us today and let’s see what’s left

Hope you enjoyed this post and lots more to come in the next few weeks and months for you guys to view. If you like this type of post and enjoy what I am posting please upvote my posts and reblog as this will help a lot for me to keep on posting to this community.

That's got to be one of the ugliest mansions I've seen. I wonder why they went with a flat roof? Makes it even uglier...

Yes agreed it is not a pretty building at all and it has like a office feel to the interior its not a homely feel to the property at all .
