Bought a few just in case.

Ripped off the old cover and tried to clean up a bit.
撕掉旧握把套，清理一下。
Then pulled it over and fitted quite OK.

Had a few games played with it on Wednesday. I think I need some time to get use to it. Should I put an overgrip over it?
