Mothers are the most sensitive, caring, lovely and dramatic creature on earth, some times it amazes me how mothers in the same regional area act and react alike, as If they have this secret motherhood school they attend just after childbirth.
I would focus more on African mothers today, using my mum as an example 😌😛😛.
When my friends and I discusses about our experiences with our mothers while growing up, we discovered that they had almost everything in common.
Here are examples of what you would get from my mum if you stay with her for a week
My mum would ask me to stop charging my phone with the solar system any time it starts to rain.
Seriously!!, What relates rain to solar system 😲, as if I could get stroke by thunder through it 🤣🤣 .
Who cares to know why I stopped buying fuel to power the generator at home when there is no power supply even for weeks ?.
Well, our generator would be 10 years old in few months, this thing still looks as new as you would imagine. Mum believes that the generator should not work for more than 30 minutes so as to prevent it from overheating, just when I'm starting to enjoy the breeze from the fan 😥.
Mum would insist that we switch of the deep freezer so as to enable the pumping marching to work efficiently even though we are running on general power supply.
When I try to explain things, I immediately become that son that never accepts that their parents are always right. Some times it might be annoying, some times I take it to be funny, but these are examples of what you should expect from African mothers.
Do you have similar experiences ? Why not share them at the comment section, let's laugh our asses out 🤣🤣.
I anticipate your comments, have a lovely day.
