It aligns perfectly with this week's Hive Open Mic theme: "New Times," and of course it feels nicely-timed with the Age of Aquarius, which appears to be making its grand entrance. I like the flavor of your version's instrumentation too. I remember dancing to this song in the sunshine a year ago and recognizing what a special, sacred, mystical message it holds.

Yes, it's a great piece, I imagine the scene you describe dancing to it, surely you also heard the song In the Sunshine that comes as a medley with this hehe. This cover in particular is the version of the movie Hair, it's like more moved, more danceable 😁. Thanks for the visit 🙏😊

Oh gotcha! Yeah, I heard that the song originated from the musical Hair, and The 5th Dimension band adopted it and made it their own. I haven't seen the musical yet, or the movie, but I've seen footage of The 5th Dimension playing the song. And I danced like a sunflower to the song on that one day - December 2020.
