Destiny is an event that will necessarily happen to a particular person or a thing in the future. As I thought about 'destiny', I remembered being counseled by an old lady.
She said don't let anyone stop you from fulfilling your purpose on earth. Your son is your destiny. God sent him to you so you could look after him. There are a lot of people whose destiny is tied to yours, so you can't afford to miss threading the right path.
After she said those words, I tried as much as I could to get her point.
One point I understood from it was the importance of us knowing our purpose on earth and fulfilling our destiny.
For every Christian, our destiny is for us to be like Christ.
I presented a song about identity. If we don't know who we are in Christ, there is a high chance that we will not be able to fulfill our purpose on earth.
You assume that every identity is yours when you don't know who you are. This confuses.
You may ask, what exactly is my purpose on earth? When you find yourself asking this, think about the reason why you wake up every morning. What's your aim?
I wish to be a mother who is capable of taking care of her son only with the help of God. A wife who can support her husband at any given time, and a daughter who can take care of her parents at any time. I wish to be able to build or buy a house for my parents. This will help them avoid constantly renewing rent for the apartment they live in. I also want to be someone who can be there for my neighbors when need be.
As we do what we feel is right, our destiny will slowly reveal itself to us.
By writing down our dreams, setting goals, and remaining optimistic about life, we can achieve our dreams and fulfill our destinies.
The weretrumentals of this songwersong were through the Moises app.
