Hive Open Mic week #226 is here. I am saying a big welcome to all the community admins and members of this great group. How are you all doing today? I believe fairly well. My name remains mamab and I will be doing a beautiful cover in line with the theme for the week, "my prayer". The title of the song is "You said" by Don Moen.
We are living in a time where so much prayer is needed to survive. The current troubles of the world are overwhelming. The rate of hardship, hunger and lack is increasing by the day. This prompted me to sing this prayer song especially for Nigeria and other parts of the world who are faced with the menace.
The song says we should ask and we will receive whatever we need. Our prayer is that God will visit us with His mercies and wipe away the tears of the destitute. Can we sing it together.
