Hive Open Mic wk#220. For this week's theme "Time" I'll be doing a song by Passenger, "Let her go".
Every moment spent with our loved ones is priceless. Sometimes we feel like we have enough time to do the things we love but, sadly, life always has another plan for us.
Value the people you have around you, and make time to build beautiful memories so that even tho they're gone, you have something to hold onto.
Time is precious, and time wasted can never be bought back. So make the most out of the little time you have left on earth.
This song was released in the year 2012. It was one of my elder brother's favorite songs back then. He would play it almost every morning and I would sing my heart out whenever it came on.
I chose this song because it's a classic and because it talks about time. Although the main emphasis of the song wasn't about time, " You only miss those things you love when you're running out of time".
