I don't know who originally mentioned it, but decades ago a saying has been engraved into my mind that goes:
"In order to conquer the universe, you must first conquer yourself".
I remember it because of your mentioned reasons for making this post and for choosing this song. I was into martial arts since I was a kid so this is one of your saying. 🙂
Agree with you, the final decision is still up to US making it. External factors may affect it but it is still up to us to make the decision.
