Hello to all my fellow Hiveans and the amazing members of the Silver Bloggers community. It's fascinating how memories resurface and flourish when we start to pen them down. This week's prompt from @ericvancewalton, to be posted in #MemoirMonday, invites you to join in, dear friends.

I have five sisters and two brothers. My father worked in a steel plant, and my mother was a housewife. Being a middle-class family, my mother also did tailoring work at home, sewing ladies' outfits. During my teenage years, I saw my parents working very hard. My two eldest sisters loved us like our mother and have taken even more care of us after our parents passed away. They both used to help our mother with the sewing. My elder brother was very wise and intelligent, always coming first in school. After me, I have one more sister and one more brother. I have a very good relationship with my sister. My younger brother was very naughty at that time and often got into fights with other children, resulting in many complaints. My third sister passed away from pneumonia at the age of 20. That was the first time I witnessed death. I shared a bed with my sister and we used to talk late into the night. When she died, I fainted. I was very disturbed for many days after her death.
Once, my mother took my two younger siblings to visit her brother home.

During that time, I got diarrhea and was admitted to the hospital. I was very young then and caused a lot of trouble for my father and sisters. Even today, I laugh when I remember it. During school vacations, we all played carrom or chess together. For school projects, I used to get help from my elder sister with the art. My father and mother would take the three of us younger siblings on scooter rides. Those days are very memorable.

Even today, there is a lot of love among all of us siblings, and their children also love each other. We siblings have many memories that we still cherish, and many more that we created together and will always remember.
The relationship between brothers and sisters is so trustworthy. It is filled with loyalty, and when they love and care for each other, it makes the bond even stronger.
I will keep writing as I remember more, but the memories will never end. Here, I conclude my blog. I hope you enjoy reading this post.
