Greetings dear blogger and lovers of this great platform, in my daily readings of the content that I usually consume and that allows me to see life with a different approach from the eyes and perspective of each writer, I came across a writing of the user @denmarkguy, which made me remember that being a writer is a passion, which we usually do with pleasure, as it represents an escape route where we can express our deepest ideas.
So we should not try to comply with the stereotypes that society itself imposes on us and that have only come to make our existence more difficult, hence at the time of reflection, I realize that we tend to pursue and live life according to others, letting our fears and limitations are what end up exerting real pressures for us to make the really important decisions in life.

In this sense, I would like to exemplify and deepen in this regard, through a small story:
It turns out that Claudia, 18 years old since very early in her childhood, had devoted her life to ballet, so she dedicated time and effort to become the best and become the principal dancer of one of the best academies associated with this type of dance. So, feeling ready, she decided to travel from her small village to the city where she would demonstrate all her talent.
Upon arriving in the city, she went to the best ballet company in town and after a great performance that inspired her and allowed her to project her future, she dared and went straight to the dressing room to talk to the director:
- I would like to be a great dancer, but I don't know if I have the necessary talent, were Claudia's words.
- Well, it is very easy to find out, you must give me a demonstration," replied the director of the company, "I will be here tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. in this same place.
Claudia withdrew impatiently, it was the opportunity she was waiting for, the night before she could hardly sleep, so the day of the audition had arrived and it only took 5 minutes for the director to tell her that he was sorry, but she did not have the necessary conditions to be a dancer.
Undoubtedly, they were very strong words for the dreamer Claudia, without asking for an explanation she left with tears in her eyes, arrived home and threw the slippers in the closet, as a reminder of her failure, so that she never used them again.
As time went by, Claudia got married and formed a beautiful family and now she is a cashier in a supermarket, one night her husband invited her to a ballet performance, in that magical place where she drastically realized her inability as a dancer.
Undoubtedly, the show had reminded her of her youth and as she left the theater she bumped into the now elderly director, greeted him and struck up a conversation. She showed him pictures of her children, of the family she had raised and the work she was now doing, and asked him:
- There is something I have never been able to understand, how could you know so quickly that you were not fit to be a dancer?
- I told her what I always tell everyone, she replied.
- That is unforgivable, you ruined my life, I could have been the lead dancer and a successful woman.
- I don't think so, if you had the necessary gifts, you wouldn't have paid attention to my words.
Consequently, through this story we can identify that in life it is not always the brave and the fast that wins, on the contrary, the constant, the one who believes and above all the one who does not doubt his abilities is the one who ends up winning in the long run.
Undoubtedly, if you think you are lost, you will be lost, and if your fears and limitations take over your life, they will not allow you to move forward and achieve the success you have longed for. Therefore, let's not give power to anyone, let's fight for our dreams and learn to live life according to our ideals, let's learn to write about what we are passionate about, without expecting anything from anyone.
