Clever to go out when bad weather is expected, as everybody stays inside.
We feel for these little ones, as they have to endure the storms and with nobody about there were no treats to fortify them against the conditions.
This post is also suitable for #featheredfriends and #amazingnature
The weather has never scared us, as we simply became a part of it. And we embrace any conditions, may it be storms or sunshine. The one thing that we don't like is to be out amongst crowds, not only because of the noise level, but also when crowds are about the wildlife is nowhere around.
So a day like today was perfect, as we knew that nobody would be around.
Come and see what I got.
A ghost restaurant as all of the tables were empty.
So my wife had the place to herself, with a great cup of hot coffee.
Of course I took a walk with my camera. The light was not very good, but who cares? :)
Oh, and of course she fed the little Cape White-eyes some cheese.
I have heard that African Fish Eagle's famous call many times, but it was always from a far distance and I never saw him.
So today alone out there with my camera I heard that distinctive sound close by. Not too close mind you as I had to walk a bit too far to get him and the cold was playing chess on my damaged knee. But I checkmated the cold with my unexpected find.
Here he is, the famous Cape Fish Eagle!
Even greater news is that I got 3 of them.
So I will do a separate post on them, as they deserve their own post due to their popularity.
And That's All Friends.
