Peacock and Muscovy Duck Close-Up.
From street photography to bird photography, although they know that I dedicate myself to the first, it is still a temptation to immerse myself in the natural environment, take some pictures of landscapes, trees and animals whenever I have the possibility to do so. A couple of days ago in the Ecoparque, I went for a short walk with the intention of taking some photos different from the ones I usually take.
I didn't want to do a lot of landscapes but rather focus on details and capture what is there from as close as possible, trees, textures and in this case some attractive birds.
Peacock
It's a good opportunity to learn a little about this species, I have been researching and I have found interesting things and data that I did not know. This bird originates in India and some time later they were taken to different places like Babylon, Persia, Italy and today we have them in all parts of the world.
One of the species most admired by the human being. Its colors, especially those of the males, and its everything that makes up its tail that forms a fan. According to what I read about these animals, they are too sensitive to low temperatures and humidity, which can cause serious illnesses.
In the symbolic aspect, the peacock has many meanings over time, It is generally associated with vanity and also with beauty and glory. This has also been an object of inspiration for many artists who have portrayed it in paintings. I think anyone would have some artistic concept of their own just by looking at them.
I have visited the Buenos Aires ecological park many times and the truth is I have never seen them open their tails, I hope one day to be able to witness it and be lucky enough to capture them with my camera.
Muscovy Duck
This is a more common species than the previous one, also known as common duck, black duck, although its original name is Cairina Moschata. Originally from America, They are distributed in countries such as Mexico, Venezuela, Uruguay, Argentina. Its longevity is 10 to 15 years. In other cases they are also called mute, this is because they do not make sounds and if they do they are only very low, so it is not difficult to perceive.
Some of them have warts, like these ones in the park. These are domestic ducks and they walk around the whole place.
The idea of doing something different and at the same time learning about this species is something I would repeat. Also, portraying them up close, so that we can appreciate them better and also their aesthetic physical details, has been a good idea.
If you liked these data and these photos, don't hesitate. Leave me a comment about it. Have a nice day :)
That's all folks! Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
