This magpie unexpectedly landed on a car hood, and as it looked around, I knew it wouldn't be long before it would be gone again. So luckily I had a camera and was ready to react. I wasn't even sure if I got it at first; then the first few were too blurry, but these 3 shots were the last ones, and all seemed to turn out decently enough. I will usually take a handful of hots when things like this happen because I know that it gives me a much better chance at getting something sharp before the situation changes in an instant.
